Lisa Klein has been a thinking partner for over 20 years across a broad spectrum of companies including Raytheon, Deloitte Consulting, Covidien and Citizens Bank, designing and implementing global talent management programs that enable individuals, teams and organizations to be engaged and successful. She is passionate about making a difference for her clients through co-planning, design and building capability. As Director of Talent Development, Lisa implemented effective Succession Planning strategies and processes at both global and regional companies. Lisa has expertise in HR Transformation and Process Design, HR Project Management, Team Development, Change Management, Team Facilitation and MBTI assessment. Lisa holds an MBA from Babson College.
Laureen Pfizenmaier, PMP is an engineer by training who thrives on change and challenge. She has spent the bulk of her career in program management transforming strategy into reality leading global cross functional teams and implementing Change Management, Project Management and Portfolio Management processes. As Director of HR Program Management, Covidien, she led a $35 million HR Transformation program establishing and operationalizing a PMO and HR governance system assuring alignment across all stakeholders for the CHRO. Laureen also has past experience in mergers/acquisitions/divestitures at Medtronic/Covidien and Gillette/P&G. Laureen holds an MS in Information Systems from Northeastern School of Engineering.
